A 3-week winter alliance of individuals committed to nourishing themselves through rituals in stillness, food and movement.
Jenny and Georgia created Ritual as means for individuals to reconnect to themselves in the midst of uncertainty and chaos. Ritual is medicine for the parent teaching his children at home; the spouse sharing a home office with her partner; the adult child living with their parents; the man grieving; the woman living alone. Ritual is a remedy for all to land, align, reconnect, nourish, and flow.
Ritual is designed to fit any schedule. The materials will be released slowly and intentionally over the three-week period. Although there are guidelines for when to complete exercises and watch recordings, you are ultimately in charge of how Ritual manifests in your daily routine. Each Sunday, we will meet virtually to light a candle, be still, connect, share and support.

About Georgia
Georgia is the founder of Blue Light Collective, an online platform to access Blue Light Yoga, CAKE, counsel, inspiration, and community. With an Ed.M in Counseling Psychology and over twenty years of experience teaching yoga, Georgia has developed a keen sense of how to help people heal, evolve and connect. To all of her collaborations, she brings joy, honesty, compassion, and a striving to model the deep human struggle to balance our strengths and vulnerabilities.
About Jenny
Jenny cultivated Contigo Kitchen to connect two of her life-long passions: nourishment and people. After studying anthropology, her work at Chez Panisse became the ultimate field study in the power of food and consumption, inciting a deep healing of her relationship with food and body image. As a private chef for clients with an array of dietary intolerances, Jenny has fine-tuned the art of modifying recipes and making nutrient-dense substitutions, and understands that the slightest shifts can create immense positive change, in and out of the kitchen.
