AcCompany to Align: Expansions is designed to help you realign your relationships with these essential aspects of life. By examining and transforming these relationships, you’ll gain clarity, calm, confidence, and the courage to move beyond the struggle and toward your authentic desires—all while being supported by a like-minded, growth-oriented community.
In today’s fast-paced, unpredictable world, this program offers a roadmap for living authentically, even in the face of challenges.
Who Is This Program For?
This program is for anyone who knows they have more to give and receive but feels stuck, uncertain, or unclear about how to move forward. It’s ideal for those experiencing any of the following:

How Does the Program Work?
AcCompany to Align is a 4-month virtual program that fosters collaboration, connection, and self-discovery.
The program is divided into four sections, each focusing on a core relationship:
Our Relationship to Time: April 3 – April 15, 2025
Our Relationship to Money: April 24 – May 6, 2025
Our Relationship to Our Bodies: May 15 – May 27, 2025
Our Relationship to Uncertainty: June 5 – June 17, 2025
Each section includes:
2-hour instructional seminar
Two 60-minute group coaching sessions
Short journaling/reading exercises
A small group meet-up
All sessions will be conducted via Zoom, with recordings available for instructional seminars. Coaching calls will not be recorded.
Time Commitment
Approximately 6-7 hours per month, including:

Two 60-minute coaching sessions
45-minute journaling/reading exercise
45-minute small group meet-up

About Georgia
Georgia Reath is a Certified Life Coach trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) with an Ed.M. and M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Helping and supporting others is her life’s work.
Georgia combines Western coaching and counseling practices with Eastern mindfulness philosophies to foster creative solutions and a sense of possibility. She is the founder of the Blue Light Collective, an online platform providing mindful movement, enrichment, counseling, and community.
She leads private counseling sessions, weekly group classes, workshops, and retreats, offering a holistic approach to physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

About Georgia
Georgia is a Certified Life Coach with an Ed.M. and M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Helping and supporting others is her life’s work. Merging Western coaching and counseling practices with Eastern philosophies and mindfulness, looking for creative solutions, and living with a sense of possibility are the lenses through which she approaches her clients. She believes whole-heartedly that any situation can be bettered from within.
Georgia counsels individuals privately, teaches weekly group classes that incorporate mindful movement, meditation and breathwork; leads multiple group discussions, workshops, and retreats that focus on physical, mental, and emotional health; and is the creator of Blue Light Collective, an online platform for her clients to access mindful movement (including Blue Light Yoga and CAKE), enrichment (including books clubs and discussions), counsel in a myriad of forms, and community.
Georgia is the co-creator of There is Another Way, a curriculum offered to college-age women through a series of workshops designed to lay the groundwork for writing/reclaiming the narrative about the place that work will occupy in young women’s lives, while disrupting the fallacy of a linear path.
