Blue Light Seminar is a virtual space for the Blue Light community members to learn tangible tools and strategies to help individuals and communities live more mindfully.   With over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness, and counseling individuals and groups, Georgia is thrilled to have an ongoing opportunity to impart what she has learned to her community.  Topics include: healthy sleeping habits, befriending time, setting boundaries, learning how to put yourself out there, saying no thank  you, letting go of old stories, and introduction to meditation.

Blue Light Seminar runs for 50 minutes, and costs $25.

Our Next Blue Light Seminar:

The Truth Will Set You Free

Monday, October 4 @ 6:30 PM EST

Do you follow your gut?

Can you discern your gut reaction from your conditioned reaction?

Does your outside voice match your inside voice when you respond to an invitation?

Do you feel depleted by your daily choices or rejuvenated?

What do you know to be true about yourself?

What do you think/say when you, or someone else, falls short of an expectation?

These are the sorts of questions we're going to dive into our next Blue Light Seminar: The Truth Will Set you Free. Again and again, in her work as a counselor and teacher, Georgia comes across smart, thoughtful, and strong individuals who are inhibited by their detachment from their authentic selves. This is a common phenomena in human beings, especially in today’s world, and our essential work is to stay as authentic as possible. When we repress our true selves, we suffer greatly. In this Blue Light Seminar, we will define truth, universally and personally; we will identify areas in our lives that feel out of alignment with our truth; and we will learn tangible tools to help us reclaim our authenticity. The more we are aligned to our truth, the more love, light, ease, and joy we will feel, even in the toughest of times.
