Into to Yoga 3-Week Series, 2nd Session

In this 3 week series, Georgia will introduce you to Blue Light Yoga.  No prior experience on the mat is necessary.  You will learn foundational poses and sequences, as well as breathing techniques, and how to marry the breath to the movement.  Georgia will teach you modifications as needed, as well as the general outline of a Blue Light Yoga class to ensure you feel comfortable and safe to join a live or recorded class.  This is the doorway to yoga you've been waiting for.
