Blue Light Group: Healthy Sleeping Habits

HEALTHY SLEEPING HABITS HAS BEEN POSTPONED AND WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR A DATE TBD

Our next Blue Light Group will run on Monday, April 5 at 12pm.  We will discuss healthy sleeping habits and what to do when you can't sleep.  

Blue Light Group sessions will run for 50 minutes, and are included in the Motherload Membership or $20 to drop-in. 


Blue Light Group is is an opportunity for folks to gather together around a specific topic, share with each other, and learn together.  A topic will be proposed and those drawn to the particular topic will meet to share their personal experiences, feelings and coping strategies around the topic.  Georgia will also offer strategies and ideas to help support individuals around the particular topic.  Blue Light Groups are sources of new perspective, empowerment, community and clarity.  To pitch a topic meaningful to you, please email info@bluelightyoga.com.
